Logesca Rent Management will propose to the owner any home improvements needed to maintain and enhance his property value. Logesca Rent Management will do or subcontract any repairs, improvements, alterations or maintenance work current or preventive that the landlord deems necessary. Purchases and expenses incured will be paid by the landlord.
